LoveIt uses a range of local and international carriers to ensure we keep shipping costs as low as possible. You will need to sign a confirmation of receipt of products when they are delivered or collected. Estimated delivery times are shown below:
LoveIt accepts no responsibility for delays in delivery due to goods held by Customs officials.
The purchaser assumes ALL responsibility for any import or other taxes associated with the delivery of the product.
Shipping and collections
LoveIt insures each order through transit up until it is delivered to you or is collected. You need to sign a confirmation of receipt of the products when the products are collected and by doing so, you accept the responsibility for the products ordered from that moment on. If the recipient or collector is not the original purchaser, or in case of delivery of a gift, then you accept this signature as an evidence of delivery and fulfillment of your order by LoveIt. You also accept the associated transfer of responsibility in the same way.
Tracking your order
You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been shipped. All shipped goods will be issued with a tracking number which you can use to ensure you know the exact status of your shipment and can organise to make arrangements at the appropriate delivery time.
This Returns Policy applies to purchases with LoveIt. This Returns Policy applies to online purchases only.
Any customer who violates or abuses LoveIt’s Returns Policy (including without limitation demonstrating a high incidence of returns after purchase), or engages in inappropriate behavior (including without limitation abuse of LoveIt staff) or illegal activities (including parallel importing or passing off of Product purchased at LoveIt by the customer) may suffer the following consequences:
The decision as to whether a customer has violated or abused LoveIt Returns Policy or engaged in inappropriate behavior remains within LoveIt’s sole discretion and its decision shall be final.
How to Return an item:
If you are unhappy with your purchase you may return the item within 14 days of receiving the merchandise together with a completed Returns Form. Returns are accepted for refund or store credit. Please note that SALE items may not be returned or exchanged.
The item for return must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in resalable condition* with all tags attached. LoveIt reserves the right to refuse returns that do not have a receipt, are not in their original condition, or are returned after the 14 day return period.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and LoveIt is not responsible for lost returns. All returns must be shipped using a traceable and insured shipping method. Please keep the tracking details for your records.
Please send the item with the receipt to the store address below. Alternatively, you may also return or exchange the item in person at the store.
Your refund or store credit will not be processed until the returned goods have been received by LoveIt.

*‘Resalable Condition’ means that the Merchandise is still in its original packaging with the original labels, garment tags, price tags and return tags still attached; that the Merchandise is unworn, unused, unwashed, unaltered and in the condition originally sold (in the case of shoes that the soles are not scratched or dirty); and that the Merchandise is not damaged in any way.
The decision as to whether the Merchandise is in Sellable Condition remains within LoveIt’s sole discretion and its decision shall be final.
If LoveIt receives a return that cannot be accepted, the customer has the option either to collect the Merchandise again from one of LoveIt stores or to have the Merchandise re-shipped to the customer at his/her sole cost.
