Easy 4 step process:

Preparation
Stand in front of a full-length mirror in good light. Make sure you have no makeup and remove any colourful jewellery. You can do this at home or in a shop as long as you have good (preferably natural) light

Check solid colours first
The easiest way to learn is to start with solid colour tops or dresses. Don't worry about the style for now, just make sure it's not a print

Take pictures of yourself in each top/dress
Take a picture of yourself wearing each top/dress. Each image must be straight on the the camera (no angles to make yourself look taller etc) and you must be able to see your full face, especially your eyes and your upper body, including your arms
Beginners Tip:
It is often much easier to get someone else to take your pics than to do it yourself. Just make sure they follow the guidelines above!

Review and sort your pics
1. Create two folders on your phone. Call the first folder "Older" and the second folder "Younger"
2. Then review each image and determine whether the colour of your top/dress accentuate or make your eyes 'pop', sparkle, look brighter, more vivid, mesmerizing etc. Put all of these pics in the "younger" folder
3. Put all the remaining images in your "older" folder
Beginners Tips:
If in doubt, put the image in the 'older' folder
