Fall in love with the process and the results will follow

what is a 'love-it' list?

When it comes to buying clothes it's easy to get sucked in by pretty fabrics, fast fashion trends and bargain prices. But...

That's a sure way to end up with a closet full of clothes that make you look frumpy and feel insecure about your appearance!

Understanding how the law of attraction works is the key to self-empowerment. It makes your goal clear and reminds you why it's worth the effort to achieve it...

To achieve your goal your outfits must pass 10 different checkpoints. You will not reach your goal if you fail any one of them!

Your 'love it' list is the primary tool you will rely on while you learn what the checkpoints are and how to navigate each one successfully...

Think of your list as a cheat sheet to use until you can make decisions on autopilot!

Reverse the Visual Signs of Aging

Catherine Martsch

When your outfits complement rather than compete with your eyes you will feel balanced and beautiful. It's the fastest way to look younger and slimmer. It's essential if you want to reverse the visual signs of aging...

Your Goal

Your goal is to wear clothes that bring 100% focus to your eyes!

If your clothes make you look frumpy, tired, or saggy they have failed to pass 100% of your checklist...

If your outfits make you feel self-conscious about your boobs, tummy, arms, hips or thighs they have failed to pass 100% of your list

By now hopefully you get that only 100% will do! And remember...

It's your clothes that are failing the test, not you!

Let me illustrate what I mean...

In the example below you will see two outfits on Peta-Rene. Only one outfit meets our goal. The other one automatically draws your focus to her boobs, legs and feet! If you were her, which would you prefer?

These outfits are similar yet they produce vastly different results. Having a list helps you identify the differences and why they matter to you!

why you need your own list

I've worked with thousands of women over the past 10 years. When it comes to buying clothes I see the same mistakes made over and over again. Here's the biggest problem...

Unless you have exactly the same height and vertical proportions as the 'fit' model used to design a garment, there is no chance it's going look great on you without some tweaks!

And even then, there's no guarantee...

When your outfits don't fit AND balance your vertical proportions nothing else matters. That's because imbalances stick out like a sore thumb. It's like a pimple on the tip of your nose. It's all you will see when you look in the mirror! There's no chance you will be mesmerized by your eyes!

There are 8 vertical checkpoints that your outfits need to pass in order to complement your eyes and meet our law of attraction goal! Most women have no idea what these are!

Only after you pass these tests should you consider attributes like colour. Because the best colour in the world won't save an outfit if it doesn't pass the vertical checks first!

8 checkpoints might sound a little daunting! But...

It doesn't take long to learn what they are. My customers always find these checkpoints the source of their biggest Ah-Has!

And it's much faster to learn what to look for when you have a list!

Let me share a non-clothing example to illustrate the shift in mindset required if you want to achieve the law of attraction goal

If you were buying a new couch you would need to consider more than the colour. You would need to check the length, width and depth against the available space that you have. This means you need to go to the effort of measuring! You would also consider the fabric, how easy it is to clean, the overall comfort, look and feel. But none of these are relevant if your couch doesn't fit!

No doubt you would make a list of requirements so you don't miss anything out!

You are happy to go to this effort because you want to avoid making a mistake that you have to live with for a long time!

It is highly likely that you will need to wait 6-8 weeks for your couch to arrive because it needs to be customised (or tweaked) to your exact requirements...

You might be lucky to get your dream couch at a sale price. But you will likely justify the full price anyway for a sofa that meets 100% of your needs!

The wait and the price is worth it because your ideal couch will give you pleasure every time you use it and you expect it to last for many years!

Why wouldn't you apply the same logic to buying clothes? You look at yourself in the mirror at least 12 times a day. Isn't it worth the time and effort to make sure you love what you see?

Motivating, Educational & Absolutely Fabulous!

Before meeting Catherine I used to shop thinking I had to cover my curves and the additional weight gain. I felt frumpy and uncomfortable with no style. After years of shopping this way, I ended up with wardrobe disappointment as I spent time trying to find something to wear that I felt “okay” in.

Catherine shares easy-to-apply style steps and has you feeling positive about your body shape in no time at all. With colour and style matching and tips and tricks, I watched, with my own eyes, my shape and size change by at least 2 sizes “optically” - I am the same curvy gal I was when I walked in but now I’m owning it and loving how I look. I really cannot remember the last time I felt this way. The best thing is that transformation can happen immediately with what you learn.

I walked in feeling frumpy and left feeling “fabulous”. Watch out World!!
